Born and raised in Blackfoot, Idaho, Dwight Hill learned to love horses and roping at an early age. As a highly-awarded Great Basin cowboy he is easily recognized by his catty cow horses and roping ability. Dwight is a specialist in bridle horses trained in the vaquero tradition as well as big, fancy loops. Hi is a patient teacher and can quickly give you hints to help fix your shot and increase your accuracy. Recognitions include three time winner of the Californios Big Loop Roping and qualifier for the World Series Team Roping. Dwight raises and trains horses at his place near Rexburg, Idaho, and focuses on raising horses with good minds, excellent conformation, and the athletic ability to go from the ranch to the arena.
